Judgment

This matter has been listed at the instance of the learned advocate for the petitioner for extension of an interim order dated December 23, 2019, passed by this Bench. It is contended that all the opposite parties have been served as per the direction of the Court and the affidavit-of-service will be filed before the Regular Bench.
Mr. Bardhan, learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties 15 and 16, is also present via video conference.
The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that Mr. Gopal Chandra Ghosh, learned advocate for the opposite party no. 1, was intimated by telephone and he was made aware that the matter would be moved today for extension of the interim order. With regard to service upon the opposite parties 7, 8, 10 and 13, it is submitted that the copies of the revisional application have been sent to them but the track report is not available as yet.
Affidavit-of-service showing service upon these non-appearing opposite parties be filed before the Regular Bench.
In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Five-Judges Bench dated March 24, 2020 and the order dated April 23, 2020, the Court on its own motion in W.P. No. 5323 (W) of 2020, all interim orders subsisting and/or likely to expire or may have expired, have been extended till June 30, 2020 or until further orders, unless specifically dealt with by a judicial order to the contrary.
As the petitioner is sufficiently protected by the general interim order of the Hon'ble Five Judges Bench, no further order need be passed.
However, if the situation so arises at a later stage, the petitioner may pray for further interim orders.
