Judgment
Sabina, J.—Petitioners have filed this petition u/s 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 60 dated 28.7.2012 u/s 406, 498-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this court on 17.8.2012

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. They shall abide by the conditions envisaged u/s 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The matter was ordered to be listed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Parties have amicably settled their dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Head Constable Sukhdev Singh, has stated that in terms of the above order, petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, the interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioners vide order dated 17.8.2012 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
