Judgment
Sabina, J.—Petitioner has filed this petition u/s 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 107 dated 23.8.2011 u/s 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1). While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this court on 17.12.2012:-
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now the parties have amicable settled their dispute.
Notice of motion for 24.1.2013.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. He shall abide by the conditions envisaged u/s 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Ashwani Kumar, has stated that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation.
Accordingly, the interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 17.12.2012 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
