Kuldeep Mathur, J

By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed with costs and by issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents may be directed to grant pay scale No.3 to the petitioner from the date he completed three years satisfactory services with all consequential benefits and with interest on difference of pay @ 18% p.a.”

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, an order dated 25.05.2022 has been passed, whereby appropriate pay-scale has been granted to the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner though is not in a position to refute the aforesaid submission, submits that consequential payment pursuant to the order dated 25.05.2022 has not been made.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take consequential action within a period of two months from the date of this order.
