Judgment
Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
(a) to issue a writ of mandamus, appropriate writ, order or direction in nature thereof, directing the respondent department to grant the pay scale of Rs. 3120-5100/- to the petitioner with arrears thereof and interest thereon @ 18% pa and extend the benefit of judgment already rendered by this Hon''ble Court as per Annexure P-1.
According to the petitioner he is similarly situated as the petitioners in CWP (T) No. 5166 of 2008 (Annexure P-1), decided on 3.6.2010. In case the judgment has become final and the same stands implemented and in case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners in the judgment referred to above, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner herein also. Needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
