Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the order/judgment dated 09.10.2019 in the aforesaid OA has been stayed by the Hon’ble High Court vide order dated 21.12.2020 in WP(C) No. 10614/2020 (Annexure AR-1).

In view of the aforesaid, the present CP is closed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present CP if occasion arises thereafter and if so advised.
