Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 1009/2014 of PS Binda Pur for offence under Section 341/323/342/356/379/34 IPC on the ground that the respondents no.2 & 3 have compromised the disputes with the petitioners.
State has no objection to this petition. Statements of parties have already been recorded by the concerned Joint Registrar.
The respondents no.2 & 3 are present in court today and are identified by IO/SI Sandeep. I have spoken with respondents no.2 & 3 in Hindi and it is stated by them that they have compromised all disputes with the petitioners. Respondents no.2 & 3 submit that the petitioners are their neighbours and they are living peacefully, so now, they do not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners.
Having spoken with respondents no.2 & 3, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial.
Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 1009/2014 of PS Binda Pur for offence under Section 341/323/342/356/379/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
