1.

Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 903/2023 of Police Station Nangloi (West), Delhi for the offence under Section 323/341/451/506/34 IPC on the ground that respondents no.2-4 have compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

2.

State has no objection to this petition. Statements of parties have already been recorded by the concerned Joint Registrar.

3.

The respondents no.2-4 of the amended memo of parties dated 22.04.2026 (taken on record) are present in court and are identified by IO/SI Ajay. I have spoken with respondents no.2-4 in Hindi and it is stated by them that they have compromised all disputes with the petitioners. Respondents no.2-4 submit that now they do not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners.

4.

Having spoken with respondents no.2-4, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial.

5.

Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 903/2023 of Police Station Nangloi (West), Delhi for the offence under Section 323/341/451/506/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
