Heard Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, Advocate for the applicant and Ms. Mamta Joshi, Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.
The applicant before this Court is an accused in First Information Report No.649 of 2012, which has been registered under Sections 147, 148, 149,
302, 307, 120-B/34 and 174 of IPC, registered at Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
The first and second bail applications of the applicant have already been rejected by this Court vide orders dated 28.07.2014 & 08.09.2014
respectively. This is the short term bail application of the applicant.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offences, this Court is not inclined to grant short term bail to the
applicant.
Accordingly, the short term bail application is dismissed.
It is made clear that any observations made by this Court are only for the purposes of grant of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any
other proceedings.
