Judgment

Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents.
The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for regularization of his service, as he is working as a Casual Labourer in Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), Konar Dam Reservoir, Fishery Unit, Hazaribagh, since June, 1980.
Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the work of the petitioner is permanent and perennial in nature and he is serving the respondent - Company on daily wage basis, thus, his service needs to be regularized.
Mr. Sanjoy Piprawall, learned counsel representing the respondent – DVC, submits that the petitioner has not represented before any of the Authorities of the Damodar Valley Corporation and if he files an application, his case will be considered strictly as per law and as per rules framed.
Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation along with all documents before respondent No.2 - Deputy Director, Soil Conservation (Forestry), Western Zone, Damodar Valley Corporation, Konar, Hazaribagh, within a period of four weeks.
If such representation is filed, the same will be considered strictly as per the Scheme, if any, and as per law.
If the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same should be granted to him, but if his case is rejected a detailed reasoned order should be communicated to him.
The entire process should be concluded within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with the representation.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
