The petition has been filed for a limited prayer seeking direction against the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 in a time bound manner.
The case of the petitioner is that he served sub cadre area for requisite period, as he was posted at Baga-Chnogi Thach, Tehsil Thunag, District Mandi since April, 2021. It is the case of the petitioner that in terms of Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013 for transfer of State Government employees, he is entitled to be posted at a place of his choice after serving the sub cadre area for a period, as prescribed in the aforesaid policy.
The petitioner has submitted his representation Annexure P-3 to respondent No.2 and no decision has been taken thereon till date.
The prayer made in the petition is innocuous is not opposed. Accordingly, the petition is disposed by direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 strictly in terms of Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013 within three weeks from the date of production of this order. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stand disposed of.
