Notice. Learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

“That respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to transfer the petitioner from present place of posting in compliance to clause 16 of the transfer policy without substitute against one of following choice of stations:-a) Veterinary Hospital Bid Tehsil Baijnath District Kangra, H.P.

b) Veterinary Hospital Kunsal Tehsil Baijnath District Kangra, H.P.

c) Veterinary Hospital Sagar Tehsil Baijnath District Kangra, H.P.

d) Veterinary Hospital Chauntra, Tehsil Joginder Nagar District Mandi, H.P.

e) Veterinary Hospital Chobin Tehsil Baijnath, District Kangra, H.P.”

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already completed his tenure in tribal area and has become entitled to be transferred to a station of his choice in terms of Clause-10 of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013 for regulating the transfer of State Government Employees. It is further submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 1.11.2023 to respondent No.2, detailing therein his grievance and list of stations of his choice but no action has been taken by the competent authority till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure A-1) in a time bound manner.

Prayer being innocuous is not opposed. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 1.11.2023 (Annexure A-1) within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, strictly in terms of Clause-10 of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013 for regulating the transfer of State Government Employees. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
