I.A. No. 9076 of 2017
The present interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of appropriate contempt proceeding against the respondents for their willful disobedience for non-compliance of the order dated 06.11.2017 passed by this Court to unlock the Pradhan Cafetereia, which was locked by the order of the Executive Officer, Hazaribagh Municipality on 27.05.2017.
Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Hazaribagh Municipal Corporation submits that reply to the aforesaid I.A. has been filed by the Executive Officer, Hazaribag Municipal Corporation wherein it has been stated inter alia that in compliance of the order dated 06.11.2017 passed by this Court, the respondent no. 5 vide his letter no. 4336 dated 21.11.2017 requested the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Hazaribag to take decision regarding unlocking the premise in question. The said letter has been written to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Hazaribag also for the reason that the sealing of the aforesaid premise was done by the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Hazaribag.

Mr. Binod Singh, learned S.C. (L&C) submits that the present interlocutory application has been filed for vacating the interim orders dated 15.06.2017 and 06.11.2017.
