Judgment

Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1133 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-A)/25(1-B) a, 25(6)/26 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Kanchan Kumari, learned J.M.F.C-VI, Ranchi.
On 31.03.2024 at 7.00 a.m., Pithoria Police on the basis of confidential information apprehended this petitioner from a place behind Muretha School. On search, a loaded country made pistol along with live cartridge was recovered from his possession.
It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about eight months. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It was finally submitted that the offence alleged is triable by the court of Judicial Magistrate.
Mr. Azeemuddin, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
In view of the submissions made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Kanchan Kumari, learned J.M.F.C-VI, Ranchi in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1133 of 2024.
