The applicant claims the relief of relaxation of age limit for the post of Assistant Teacher (Nursery). An identical issue was dealt with by this Tribunal in OA No. 1067/2021. The OA was dismissed on 21.06.2021 on the ground that the recruitment rules do not provide for such relaxation.

Following the same, we dismiss the present OA. There shall be no order as to costs.
