The petitioners are seeking quashing of the impugned ranking list dated 27.01.2021 (Annexure P/1).
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 was at serial No.68 in the ranking list issued in the year 2014 and petitioner No.2 was eligible to be put in the ranking list in the year 2017. He further submits that both the petitioners have erroneously been excluded from the ranking list of 2021 & 2022 without assigning any reason. He also submits that the petitioners have sent representations in this regard which are annexed at Annexures P-9 and P-10 and prays that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the same.
Issue notice to the respondents.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ananat Kataria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representations (Annexure P-9 and P-10) in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
