By means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants seek to quash the summoning order dated 10.01.2019, as well as the

entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.259/2019, State vs. Sunil Kumar and another, under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Clement Town,

District Dehradun, which is pending in the Court of IIIrd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun.

A compounding application being CRMA No.3777 of 2019 has been filed by the parties to show that the parties have buried their differences and

have settled their disputes amicably.

Learned counsel for the State has argued that the offences punishable under Section 323, 504 and 506 of IPC are compoundable offences.

Parties are present before the Court today and they are duly identified by their respective counsels.

Accordingly, Compounding Application No.3777 of 2019 is allowed. As a consequence thereof, the charge-sheet dated 01.09.2018 and the

summoning order dated 10.01.2019, as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.259/2019, State vs. Sunil Kumar and another, under

Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Clement Town, District Dehradun, which is pending in the Court of IIIrd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Dehradun, are hereby quashed qua the present applicants, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

Present C-482 application stands disposed of, as above.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
