Heard the parties.
This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer to quash the order dated 04.08.2022, passed by the learned Special Judge, Bokaro in Sector - 4 (SC/ST) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 874 of 2012 whereby and where under the learned Special Judge, Bokaro has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Section 420/406/467/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners.
At the outset, it is pertinent to mention here that since Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1949 provides for an appeal from inter-alia any order not being interlocutory order of a special court constituted under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and the petitioner, knowing pretty well about the provision of law, instead of filing an appeal wants to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure without any rhyme or reason. Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed being not maintainable.
