Judgment
It was submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that by the previous Order, Mr. Arvind Kumar Mysore Bhaskar was directed to remain physically present today for his cross-examination but the witness is not present today. The learned counsel appearing for the witness submits that he is indisposed and, thus, unable to travel from Bangalore for his cross-examination and, thus, a prayer for adjournment. Since the witness as submitted by the learned counsel is indisposed, the matter is adjourned and fixed for 12th July, 2023. Respondent No.3 is directed to produce Mr. Arvind Kumar Mysore Bhaskar for his cross-examination on the date fixed. It is further made clear that a prayer for adjournment on his behalf shall be subject to appropriate cost.
It was further directed by the Hon'ble Tribunal that Mr. Barsave Raj Bhadrappa, the Director of Respondent No.3 was to remain physically present today but neither he is present nor his learned counsel Mr. M.S.Vishnu Sankar is present in the Court today. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the Respondents for compliance of the Order dated 13.4.2023 on the next date.
