Counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 submits that they are going to file Vakalatnama after taking no objection from the earlier counsel.
This matter is at the evidence stage before the Court of Registrar. Affidavit of examination-in-chief has already been filed by respondent no. 3 in the month of August, 2018 but it appears that the witness who has filed affidavit as an examination-in-chief is not available for cross examination.
Counsel for the petitioner is seeking cross examination of the witness, who has filed affidavit for examination-in-chief. So, we hereby direct Mr. Arvind Kumar M.B., S/o. Mr. M.S. Bhaskar who shall remain present before the Court of Registrar on 3.11.2022 at 11 a.m.
Time to file fresh Vakalatnama by counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 3 is granted with a condition of deposition of cost in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- payable to TDSAT Employees Welfare Society. The amount will be deposited by way of Demand Draft in favour of “TDSAT Employees Welfare Society.’’ Upon deposition of this amount the fresh Vakalatnama will be taken on record.
