Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A)

1.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

2.

With the consent of learned counsel, all the OAs are being heard together, and OA No. 2273/2025 is taken as the lead matter for the purpose of adjudication and disposal.

3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he would be satisfied if the Original Applications (OAs) filed by the applicants are considered as representations by the respondents, and the respondents issue a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with the provisions of the new transfer policy promulgated on 20.05.2025.

4.

Learned counsel for the respondents suggests that two weeks would be sufficient to examine the issue and pass a reasoned order. However, considering the number of cases involved, the respondents are granted four weeks' time from today to decide the issues raised by the applicants in these OAs with regard to their transfer and applicability of provisions of Revised Transfer Policy dated 20.05.2025 and pass a reasoned and speaking order duly considering the contentions raised in the OAs vis-à-vis guidelines laid down in the revised transfer policy issued by respondents on 20.05.2025. A copy of the order passed shall be provided to the applicants.

5.

Until the disposal of the representations, the interests of the applicants shall be protected, and no coercive action shall be taken against them.

6.

With the aforementioned directions, all the OAs are disposed of. Any pending Miscellaneous Applications (MAs) shall also stand disposed of accordingly.

7.

No order as to costs.
