O R D E R
Shri Anuj Bajpai, counsel for the applicant is present. Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, counsel for the respondents is present.
Heard on admission.
It is submitted by the applicant’s counsel that on 16.06.2020 an application was submitted to the respondent No. 2 for compassionate appointment in place of her husband. It is stated by the counsel that the aforesaid application is still pending.
In the absence of record, the respondents’ counsel is not in a position to explain the present status of the aforesaid application Annexure No. 5 (page No. 19).
Therefore, after consideration it is directed that if the aforesaid application is pending before the respondent No. 2, then the application will be decided within 90 days from the date of receiving the certified copy of this order, and copy of Annexure No. 5 (page 19). If the application already been decided, then the department will communicate to the applicant through registered post.
The OA is disposed of with such directions. No costs.
