Coutts, J.—This is an application in revision against an order fixing title valuation on Sale proclamation. It appears that time was granted until the 30th of July 1921 for hearing the parties as to the proper valuation. But on the 16th of July 1921 the valuation was fixed. It is clear that having fixed the 30th of July 1921 for the hearing the matter the Judge acted without jurisdiction in fixing the valuation on the 16th of July. His order and his subsequent order declining to review this order must be set aside. The application is allowed. ''
