Judgment
Taking reference in the Order dated 21.01.2021, Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, learned counsel for the appellant / applicant submits that its misc. application (being misc. application no. 898 of 2020) apropos its complaint before the State Commission had been dismissed by the State Commission vide its Order dated 09.06.2020. Liberty be provided to revive its said misc. application no. 898 of 2020 before the State Commission within 30 days from today.
The Order dated 21.01.2021 reads as below:

Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, advocate, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wishes to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to revive it within 30 days from today. The submission is recorded.
The instant appeal no. 854 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn, without in any manner affecting the appellant's right to challenge the order impugned herein or to challenge any other order passed by the State Commission apropos the issues inherent herein, with liberty to the appellant to revive his appeal by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today.
In the interest of justice, to prevent miscarriage of justice, an addendum in the form of paragraph 3 is added to the Order dated 21.01.2021, as below:

Liberty is granted to the appellant / applicant to revive its misc. application no. 898 of 2020 before the State Commission within 30 days from 25.03.2021. The State Commission is requested to consider the said application as per the law and on its own merit, after affording opportunity of being heard to both sides.
The Order dated 21.01.2021 stands modified to the afore extent.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission today itself.
