Ms. Sonam Priya, learned counsel for the complainants submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled. Mr. Karan Grover, learned counsel for the opposite party confirms, on instructions.

Ms. Sonam Priya, learned counsel for the complainants further submits, on instructions, that the complainants wish to withdraw their complaint. Mr. Sushil Kaushik, learned counsel for the complainants submits, on his own volition, that liberty be provided to the complainants to revive their complaint, if they so wish, by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today.
Having regard to the submissions made, the instant complaint no. 2121 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn, with unfettered unconditional liberty to the complainants to revive their complaint, if they so wish, by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today. Mr. Karan Grover, learned counsel for the opposite party has no objection to the afore liberty.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the complaint and to all learned counsel appearing today within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
