Judgment
S. Talapatra, J
Heard Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. K. Debnath, learned counsel appearing on instruction of Mr. Abir Baran, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.
This is an application for incorporating the subsequent event that occurred after filing of the writ petition by way of amendment. The writ petitioner intends to incorporate the events considering same as relevant.
Perused the proposed amendment.
This court is of the view that for appropriate adjudication, the amendment of the writ petition is necessary. Accordingly, the petitioners are allowed to carry out the amendment in terms of the schedule appended to this application.
The consolidated amended writ petition be filed by 25.02.2022.
In terms of the above, this application stands disposed of.
