Judgment
Arindam Lodh, J
Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. A. Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. M. Debbarma, learned Addl. GA appearing for the respondents-State.
This is an application for amendment of the pleadings made in the connected writ petition in view of the subsequent development of the case.
It is submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has been terminated from service. So, the petitioner has prayed for incorporating this fact in the present writ petition.
In my opinion, the facts as sought for incorporation in the present writ petition will not change the nature and character of the writ petition.
In view of the above, the present amendment application for incorporating the new facts as mentioned in the Schedule of the connected writ petition is allowed.
The applicant is directed to file the consolidated amended petition within 7(seven) days.
In view of the above, the instant interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
