The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of inquiry report dated 31.07.2020 (Annexure P-6); order dated 23.111.2020 (Annexure P-9) whereby he was dismissed from service; order datedd 31.03.2021 (Annexure P-10) whereby his appeal has been dismissed; and order dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-12) vide which revision petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioneer submits that issue involved in the present peetition is no more res integra. This Court vide order dated 28.02.2024 in Tarsem Chand v. State of Punnjab and others, CWP No.4591 of 2024 has decided an identical issue. He suubmits that present petition may be disposed of in terms of order dated 28.02.20024 in Tarsem Chand (supra).
Mr. Aman Dhir, Deputy Advoccate General, Punjab does not oppose prayer of the petitioner and submits thaat appellate authority in terms of afore-cited ordder would re-consider case of thee petitioner.
Inn the wake of statement of both sides, the present petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 28.02.2024 passed by this Court in Tarsem Chand (supra). Let the needful be done withinn three months from today
