Judgment
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner does not object to the impugned order of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) dated 18th August, 2022 (Annexure-9) insofar as it restrains the Petitioner from operating the Poultry Farm in question. However, the grievance is that the NGT has directed demolition of the civil structures which according to the Petitioner, he is prepared to put to use for a different purpose which is non-polluting. He states that he will file an affidavit in that regard before the next date.
Notice. Mr. Ishwar Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State (Opposite Party Nos.2, 4, 6,7, 8 and 10).
Notice be issued to the remaining parties i.e. Opposite Party Nos.1, 3, 5, 9, 11 and 12 by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. returnable by the next date.

Till the next date of hearing, the impugned order of the NGT to the extent it directs demolition of the civil structures shall remain stayed.
