M.A.443/2021 has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the present OA.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the present OA, the grievances of the applicants are redressed in as much as they have got the necessary promotions.

In the facts and circumstances, MA is allowed by granting permission to the applicants to withdraw the OA. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending MA No.3620/2019 also stands disposed of.
