Mr. Vishal Gohri, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and that, therefore, the appeal does not survive for consideration on merits.

Learned Counsel for the parties are present. They agree on behalf of their clients to abide by the terms of settlement.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. The Registry is directed to release the amounts deposited by the appellant in favor of the respondent in terms of the settlement terms agreed between them.
