The dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

We have perused the settlement agreement and we find that it is lawful and capable of enforcement.

The parties would abide by the terms of settlement. Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal.
