Judgment
Heard Mr. S. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners; and Mr. K. Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, and perused the material on record.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent stated that the claim of the petitioners was examined pursuant to the interim order dated 17.07.2026 passed in W.P.No.17286 of 2026 and it has been resolved.
In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate steps in W.P.No.17286 of 2026. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case stand closed.

In view of closure of the contempt case, no orders are required to be passed in this application.
Accordingly, this application is closed.
