Judgment
The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
“For issuance of appropriate Writ/Writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent authorities concerned with regard to set aside the warrant of attachment of property by Notice dated 21/22.2.2017 issued under signature of the Certificate Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur.”
At the out set, the Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that CWJC No. 4699 of 2017 was initially filed by 16 petitioners, wherein the present Writ petitioner, Sudha Devi was arrayed as petitioner No. 9.
During the course of hearing, this Court observed that separate Writ petitions were required to be filed by the individual petitioners. Pursuant thereto, the present Writ petitioner Sudha Devi, filed the present CWJC No. 7647 of 2017. However, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already disposed of CWJC No. 4699 of 2017, in which the present petitioner was also a party. Therefore, nothing remains in the present Writ petition for further adjudication.
In view of the order dated 03.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 4699 of 2017, the present Writ Petition No. 7647 of 2017 has become infrcutuous.
With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
