Judgment
Sunil Hali, J.—Petitioner was challenged by the Traffic Police on three counts; (1) Over loading of 12 passengers, (2) contravention of road
permit and (3) rash driving. He was fined Rs. 1000/- for three offences committed by him, as enumerated hereinabove. Aggrieved by this order he
preferred an appeal before the learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu. The main ground agitated in the appeal ""total 12"" has been erased
and 29 has been added in the challan. This according to the petitioner is a very serious issue and required to be decided by the Court.
While examining this context, the appellate Court has, on the basis of facts and evidence produced, rightly dismissed the appeal Court has, on

tampering in the main charge which has been leveled against the petitioner.
I therefore, do not find any force in this revision petition, which is accordingly, dismissed.
