Heard Learned Counsel for the parties. The petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 498(A), 307, 328/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It reveals from the fardbayan that the informant was subjected to torture by her in-laws and they also administered poison to her.
It is submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the informant is now living in her matrimonial home with her in-laws.
Learned Counsel for the informant does not dispute the submission. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioners named above are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today and on such surrender, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No. 121/2011 [G.R. No. 2540 of 2011] subject to the condition as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
