Judgment
Shree Chandrashekhar, J.—Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide notification No. 23/2005 dated 7.4.2005, the petitioner was absorbed in the service with effect from 14.8.1981. However, in the letter issued by the respondent Nos. 4 to 7 the date of absorption of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as 30.4.1986. Notification No. 23/2005 dated 7.4.2005 is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 to 7.
In view of the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent Nos. 4 to 7 to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the notification No. 23/2005 dated 7.4.2005 and calculate all retiral benefits of the petitioner, Such representation may be filed within a period of four weeks from today. On filing of such representation, a reasoned order should be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter and all admissible benefits accruing to the petitioner flowing from the notification dated 7.4.2005 must be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to the cost.
