Judgment

The present criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing the FIR No. 05/2024 lodged at Police Station Jhanwar, Jodhpur City West for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 392, 511, 307 of IPC and under Section 27 of Arms Act and all the proceedings emanating therein qua the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the parties while relying upon the compromise deed dated 10.01.2024 submit that the parties to the present lis have compromised the matter and, therefore, the present criminal miscellaneous petition may be allowed in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
In view of the statements so made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. The FIR No. 05/2024 lodged at Police Station Janwar, Jodhpur City West for the offences under Sections 341, 392, 511 and 307 of IPC and under Section 27 of Arms Act and all consequential proceedings initiated in pursuance thereof are quashed and set aside qua the present petitioner.
The stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
