Judgment
It is stated by ld. counsel for the petitioner/ financial creditor that the CIRP has already been initiated against the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor in CP(IB)No. 124/Chd/Pb/2023 titled as Mudraksh Investfin Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Asian Alloys Ltd., vide order dated 10.04.2024 passed by this Bench and he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the claim before the IRP. Keeping in view the statements made by the ld. counsel for the petitioner, the present CP (IB) No. 237 /Chd/Pb/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. File be consigned to the record room.
