The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking condonation of delay in filing the acquittal appeal.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the acquittal appeal is condoned.

Crl LP No. 43/2019
We have gone through the judgment dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu in the case titled “State Versus Chetan Sharma” acquitting the accused under Section 8/20 of the NDPS Act.
We are of the view that the evidence is required to be appreciated, therefore, we grant leave to the applicant to file the acquittal appeal.
The present application is, accordingly, disposed of.

Main appeal is taken on board.
Issue bailable warrants to the tune of Rs. 20,000/- for securing the presence of the respondent before this Court on the next date of hearing, to be executed through the Senior Superintendent of Police concerned. The SSP concerned shall ensure that warrants are received back by this Court either served or otherwise, by or before the next date of hearing.
