The Learned Counsel, Mr.M.L.Ganesh appeared on behalf of the Petitioner and Learned Counsel, Mr.Guruprasath appeared on behalf of the Respondent through video conferencing.
It is submitted that a Memo vide S.R.No.2241 was filed on 04.04.2022 by the Counsel for the Financial Creditor in the matter. Along with the Memo, a copy of Order in CP(IB)/226(CHE)2021 has been attached. On the same Guarantor, Insolvency has been initiated under Section 95 has been passed by this Bench of NCLT, Bench-II, Chennai commencing insolvency proceedings vide Order dated 24.06.2022.
In view of the same, this CP(IB)/226(CHE)2021 stands dismissed.
