ORDER
This is the quarterly progress report and the same is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Registry is hereby directed to put this report before the Bench at the time of final disposal.
We direct the Liquidator to give full details of all the amounts that have been realized so far and distributed from the date on which the liquidation order was passed. The same should be captured in a chart form so as to enable us to update our data on the liquidation proceedings. This progress report and a chart as mentioned above should also be circulated to other Insolvency Professionals so that they follow a uniform and standard form of presentation of amounts realized under liquidation proceedings.
Copy of this order be also sent to IBBI for appropriate action at their end.
Accordingly, IA-2237/2024 stands disposed of.
