This is an application seeking early hearing. However, keeping in view the heavy board of this Court, it is not possible to accommodate the request for early hearing.
At this stage, Mr. Mehmood Pracha, learned counsel for respondent states that he may like to file an application on the similar lines as Crl.M.A. 12120/2012. It is pertinent to mention that this Court on the said application had varied the ex parte order at the instance of the respondent. In the event, learned counsel for respondent wishes to file a fresh application with an additional affidavit, he is at liberty to do so. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
