By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seeks perponement of the main case i.e. CRM-M-21721-2023, which is presently fixed for 7.12.2023.
In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and hearing of the main petition is preponed from 7.12.2023 and the same is taken on board today itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that pursuant to directions issued by this Court on 5.5.2023 all the PWs already stand examined. He has further submitted that in view of the said development, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, and that some direction may be issued to the Trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn at this stage with a direction to the Trial Court concerned to dispose of the case finally within a period of 15 days from the day, the defence evidence is closed.
