1.

By way of this misc. application, the petitioner has sought a prayer to direct the respondents to make necessary corrections with regard to the details of the post of the petitioner, which he submits has been wrongly shown in the chart.

2.

Mr. W.S.Gayang, learned counsel for the applicant has referred to the statement issued by the Public Works Department with regard to the adhoc appointment made prior to 2007 and submits that instead of Chowkidar, the petitioner has been shown to have occupied the post of Driver. In the column as to whether the service was with breaks/without breaks, it has been shown as ‘not indicated’. He further submits that these corrections are necessary as the petitioner had served as Chowkidar. As is evident by letter dated 27-07-2021 (Annexure-3) which had been issued by the Executive Engineer, PWD (Roads), Shangpung Division, Shangpung, the service of the petitioner is ‘without break’.

3.

Ms. S.Bhattacharjee, learned GA for the respondents, though having no objection to the said corrections, prays that she may be allowed one week’s time to allow the respondents to make necessary corrections. Prayer is allowed.
