Admit. No notice need be issued because Mr. Arjun Natrajan, Advocate has appeared on behalf of TRAI, the respondent on advance notice.
From the submissions advanced on behalf of the appellant it appears that issues involved in the appeal are similar to those in BA No. 1 of 2021 in
which an interim order has been passed by this Tribunal recently on 16.12.2021(Annx. A-2).
After hearing learned counsel for both the parties, a similar interim order is passed in this matter also. Till the next date, no coercive action shall be
taken against the appellant on the basis of impugned letter of TRAI dated 25.11.2021 (Annx. A-1).
The earlier appeal is scheduled to be listed ""for directions"" on 24.1.2022. Let this appeal be also listed on the same date together with the earlier
matter.
It will be open for the respondent to adopt the replies filed or to be filed in the earlier similar appeals or to file separate reply within three weeks from
today. Rejoinder to the reply may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
