This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Defects as pointed out by the Registry shall be removed within seven working days as undertaken by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhadrak dated 10.05.2022 rejecting the petition of the petitioners U/s.151 of CPC invoking inherent jurisdiction of the Court in CMA No.547 of 2021 (arising out of I.A. No.563/2017 & C.S. No.178/2017(I)).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since there was an existing agreement with the erstwhile United Bank of India now Punjab National Bank after merger for last 30 years, petition was filed by the petitioners for renewal of the said agreement.

Issue notice on admission to the opposite parties indicating that the matter is likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission.

7.

Issue notice to opposite parties by Registered Post with A.D., requisites for which shall be filed within four working days. Postal tracking report be placed on record.

8.

List this case after service return from the opposite parties.
