ORAL ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows:

“(a)

Issue a direction to the Principal Senior Civil Judge and J.M.F.C. at Belthangady in O.S.No.37/2023, vide Annexure-A, to pass appropriate order in accordance with law on I.A.No.III at an earliest date.

(b)

Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.”

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the prayer in the petition was only for a direction that I.A. No.III be taken up for consideration. He further submits that, in the meantime, I.A. No.III was taken up by the learned Trial Court and disposed of by an order dated 06.02.2025.

Accordingly, and in view of what is stated above, the petition stands dismissed as satisfied.
