Judgment

Learned counsel for petitioner has filed a memo dated 27.12.2023 which reads as under:
"1. The Petitioner's institution is an institution run by the SC management. The petitioner is running the institution with efficiency and with good academic quality. In continuation of the quality education, the petitioner has filed an application for increase of intake to B.Sc., Nursing from 40 students to 60 students, by the letter dated 05.12.2019, by paying required approval fee.
On 22.08.2022, the Hon'ble Court has disposed the W.P.No.1696/2022 also and directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.1904/2022; further on 02.11.2022, the University has issued endorsement rejecting the request of the petitioner. On 29.11.2022, the university has issued fees notification, hence this writ petition challenging the endorsement dated 02.11.2022 and for consequential relief.
The petitioner has approached the Government to consider the grievance of the petitioner leniently, by considering the welfare of the students; the Government has responded positively.
"WHEREFORE the petitioner prays permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Government of Karnataka for redressal of their grievance, in the interest of Justice and Equity."

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
