Judgment
When taken up, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that Annexure A-1 representation has already been forwarded to the second respondent. Now the applicant has produced Annexure A-10 along with M.A No.180/317/2023.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will be satisfied if the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose Annexure A-10 representation dated 24.2.2023 within a reasonable time.
Having heard counsel on both sides, the Original Application is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Annexure A-10 representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Original Application is disposed of as above. No costs.
